Year-End Prayers For China Wk 5

Dec 29 – Pastor Wang Yi was tried in secret on Dec 26 on charges of state subversion & illegal business activity after being detained for a year. Pray for him this week.

Dec 30 – Ask the Spirit to fill Pastor Wang Yi & direct his every word that it’d be clear to all who see & hear him that he is in chains & on trial for Christ alone.

Dec 31 – Ask God to protect Pastor Wang Yi & sustain his physical & mental health.

Jan 1 – Ask God to fill Pastor Wang Yi’s wife, Jiang Rong, his son, & his elderly parents with his peace as they await the trial verdict.

Jan 2 – Pray for a favorable trial verdict & a minimum sentence, however not our will, but the Lord’s be done.

Jan 3 – Pray for Early Rain leaders & members, many watched & at least one just attacked & injured by the police. Ask God to ready their hearts for what may come.

Jan 4 – Pray for the Lord to make manifest his power to the people of Chengdu this week. May his name be feared & may all see that he alone rules the earth.
