Week 2

Feb 10 – This week pray for those who do not have family with whom to spend Chinese New Year.

Feb 11 – Ask God to watch over those who are unable to return home to spend the holiday with family.

Feb 12 – Pray for the church to be a family for those without family, especially the elderly who are alone and the migrant population.

Feb 13 – Ask God to draw near to the distressed, especially the orphaned, the widowed, & those who have lost loved ones.

Feb 14 – Pray for God’s truth to reign in the hearts of the bereaved, who may be pitied & avoided as ones afflicted with bad luck, especially during Chinese New Year.

Feb 15 – Pray for those imprisoned and being kept away from their families for Christ. May their peace, joy, & hope overflow even as they suffer.

Feb 16 – Ask God to deliver those for whom family is a source of pain & suffering and claim them as his own.
