Prayer Requests 2021 Intro

January 3 – In 2021, we are praying for ministry in China. Pray that, through the ministry of the church, the gospel would go deeper and wider! (Copy)

January 4 – This month we’ll introduce the ministries in China we’re praying for and how to pray for them. Today pray for ministry in China to increase to the glory of God! (Copy)

January 5 – In February, we will pray for gospel renewal: pray that churches in China would be rooted in the gospel and be transformed by the person and work of Christ. (Copy)

January 6 – In March, we will pray for women’s ministry. Pray that ministry to women in the church and pastor’s wives would increase in 2021 and beyond. (Copy)

January 7 – In April, we will pray for the work of discipleship. Pray that believers would build one another up and grow from “milk to solid food.” (1 Cor. 3:2). (Copy)

January 8 – In May, we will pray for theological education. Pray that Christians in China will continue to grow deeper in their knowledge and understanding of Scripture. (Copy)

January 9 – In June, we will pray for prayer ministry. Pray that believers in China will live rich lives of prayer, drawing close to the Father and depending on his strength. (Copy)

January 10 – As we begin 2021, pray the words of Dietrich Bonhoeffer over the Chinese church: that they may rest confidently in God’s gracious power, come what may. (Copy)

January 11 – In July, we will again pray for gospel renewal. Pray that churches will not be enslaved to legalism or worldliness, but will be transformed by grace. (Copy)

January 12 – In August, we will pray for evangelism. Pray that the church in China would be a light in the darkness and that the lost in China would come to know Christ! (Copy)

January 13 – In September, we will pray for leadership development. Pray that the next generation of church leaders would be raised up to spread the gospel in China. (Copy)

January 14 – In October, we will pray for church planting. Pray that more gospel-centered church communities would be faithfully planted all across China. (Copy)

January 15 – In November, we will pray for more partners to stand with the Chinese church. Pray that many partners would be raised up to support the house church in China! (Copy)

January 16 – In December, we will pray special prayers related to persecution. Pray that God would preserve his church even in the midst of great hardship and pressure. (Copy)
