Chinese Women
& the Church
As we celebrate Women’s History Month here in the U.S., let us also remember the needs of our sisters in China. This month we pray for women in Chinese society at large as well as women in the church, giving special attention to those who are in ministry.
How To Pray Throughout The Month:

Pray for profound appreciation for women as God’s image bearers and co-heirs of life with men. Pray that they are respected and treasured, especially in the church.

Pray for the contemporary Chinese woman to trust God to fulfill her needs for intimacy, love, security, and recognition and that she may be able to reorder her loves.

Pray for restored self-image and reconciliation with the opposite sex as the gospel takes root.

Pray for greater freedom for wives to cherish and submit to their spouses out of reverence for Christ.

Pray for women in ministry. Pray for grace where there are divisions regarding opinions on women leadership in the church.
